Standard Delivery Charges
A $3 handling fee is assessed in addition to the shipping quote from UPS; domestic retail orders of more than $150 are eligible for free shipping.
Customers making international shipments are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be assessed.
Orders for in-stock items will ship within 3 business days from the
day your order is placed, and will generally be sent via UPS. Smaller orders, domestic retail orders using flat-rate shipping, and international orders, may be shipped via USPS.
Expect arrival within 7-10 business days after we ship. A street address is required for all deliveries.
You will be issued a tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order has been processed.
This number may take up to 24 hours to appear in postal tracking systems.
Certain larger items may be assessed an additional fee per item in addition to the standard delivery charges.
These fees will be clearly marked and visible.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is as follows:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days. All returns must be in new and unused condition and include all original packaging materials. Please contact email@example.com or call 513-522-0545 to arrange for return.
- Customer must pay return shipping charges.
- Damaged items will be replaced if possible. If a replacement is not available, store credit will be given.
- Only store credit or refunds via the original payment method will be issued.
